My profile

This is the language the monitoring dispatcher will speak. It's separate from your device's own spoken language, which is set from the Device tab.

My addresses

Your home address is your permanent one. The active address is where emergency services are sent right now — it only changes through a scheduled stay, and always returns to home when the stay ends.

    Upcoming & active stays

    Schedule a stay

We'll switch your monitoring address at the start time, then switch it back to your home address automatically at the end time. You and your emergency contacts get an email at each step.

Leave "Until" blank if you don't know the return date — you can switch back any time.

    Calendar

    Tap a date for details.

    Emergency contacts

Add as many as you like — they're called top to bottom.

Use the arrows to set the order in which contacts are called.

    Add a contact

Each address can have up to 5 contacts — contacts set to All addresses count toward every address.

    Health information

Shared with the monitoring center so dispatchers and responders know your medical situation. All optional — add what applies.

    Allergies to medications

Add each medication allergy you have.

    Medical conditions

Add each medical condition that applies.

    Prescription medications

Add each medication, with dosage or where it's kept.

    Medical ID

Print your Medical ID and keep it somewhere responders will look — on the fridge, in a kitchen drawer, or with your wallet.

    Share & print

Your QR code never changes — print it once and it keeps working. Turning access off only stops the link from opening; turning it back on uses the same code.

    Device preferences

Always On keeps every feature active, including locating the device from the Caregiver App. Standby turns off app features to make the battery last about three times longer. The emergency button works the same in both modes.

    I want Caregiver App access

The Caregiver App lets you and anyone you choose see the device's location and battery level from a phone. Requires Always On mode.

    I want Places (safe zones)

Places lets you set safe zones — like home or the neighborhood — and alerts your chosen contacts if the device leaves or enters them. Requires Always On mode and Caregiver App access.

Caregiver App and Places require "Always On" device mode.

    Device controls

These are sent straight to the device and may take a few minutes to apply.

Makes the device beep so you can find it nearby.

This is the language the device itself speaks out loud — not your dispatcher language above.

Automatically call for help if a fall is detected

Turning this off means only a manual SOS press will call for help.
